1. How do I access my Commitments online?

After confirming with your Faculty Service Representative (FSR) that you have commitments to be tracked, you must register for an SSCS account with our Server Support group at https://iota.src.uchicago.edu . Once Server Support has approved your request, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account is active. Once you've received this email you must then contact Scott Schaafsma, the database administrator for the Local Business Center (LBC), at scotts (at) uchicago.edu in order to complete the process and activate your Commitment online account. At this time you will be able to log in to the LBCnet website: https://lbcnet.uchicago.edu and access your Commitments.

2. How do I access my Accruals online?

After confirming with our payroll department that you are being tracked in our accruals system, you must register for an SSCS user account with our Server Support group at https://iota.src.uchicago.edu . Once Server Support has approved your request for an account, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account is active. Once you've received this email, you must then contact Scott Schaafsma, the database administrator for the Local Business Center (LBC)  at scotts (at) uchicago.edu in order to complete the process and activate your online Accruals account. At this time you will be able to log in to the LBCnet website: https://lbcnet.uchicago.edu

3. What is Webdart? How do I get an account?

All travel and non-travel reimbursements, direct payments or interdepartmental orders are submitted to our Webdart system at https://webdart.uchicago.edu.  To sign up for an account, you must register for an SSCS user account with our Server Support group at https://iota.src.uchicago.edu . Once your request for an account has approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account is active. Once you've received this email, you must contact Scott Schaafsma, the database administrator for the Local Business Center (LBC), at scotts (at) uchicago.edu in order to complete the process and activate your Webdart account. At this time you will be able to log in to the LBCnet website: https://webdart.uchicago.edu
