  1. Desktop Support Group:
    This group contains two full-time staff members who are assigned to specific departments. They provide the computer support activities for their departments. In addition, five half-time students will either be assigned specific areas of responsibility or they will assist in performing larger scheduled computer support tasks at the request and direction of the staff dedicated to specific departments.
  2. Lab/Server Support Group:
    There are three full-time staff positions to keep the department based labs (Center for Computational Psychology, Anthropology Computing Center, and the Institute for Mind and Biology) running efficiently. These support staff perform all lab maintenance, modification, and upgrades.
  3. Administrative Support Group:
    A mixture of full-time and part-time employees fills this role. The staff in this group has supported the LBC's systems for over three years. In addition, they have constructed the division's home page and made a number of web templates as suggested department home page solutions.
